Codes and Toolboxes...

This page contains codes, toolboxes and other usefull material for fmri data analysis employed in our studies. All codes are implemented using Matlab and each module resides seperately under Functional Connectivity Library (FCL) directories. Because of the computational complexity some packages are implemented to run on a cluster and indicated as (parallel).
